This individuals should be at least 18 years of age, must be eligible for a valid Georgia Driver’s License with a good driving record, and be able to lift reasonably heavy weights of at least 100+ pounds. The candidate must be certified in BLS and ACLS depending on their level of certification. - Physically able to perform heavy-duty work: lift heavy items, work outside in all weather, crawl under trucks, handle chains/straps, change tires, and more.
- Mechanically inclined and able to perform repairs and/or safely operate towing equipment.
- Safety focused – follow all towing, recovery, roadside and shop safety procedures. Able to work safely around highways and traffic.
- Strong customer service skills. Professional, respectful, and calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and commitment to the team.
- Must have a reliable cell phone and be reachable while on call.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.
- Must pass background check and MVR review per insurance requirements.
- Team player with a “whatever it takes” attitude. Willing to help in the shop, on the road, or anywhere needed.
